PRICING                                       Prices are subject to change without notice and cannot be negotiated after the order was submitted.  Southwest Network Solutions reserves the right to change any prices without notices.  All offers are subject to availability.   

ORDER ACCEPTANCE             Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell.  Additional verification or information maybe required before an order is accepted by Southwest Networks Solutions.  Prices and availability are subject to change without prior notice.

Southwest Network Solutions accepts all major DOMESTIC credit cards - Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Wire transfer is the only accepted from of payment at the moment by our International Customers.   The customer will not be charged any surcharges unless, otherwise notified.  We also accept money orders, cashier’s checks, personal checks, and company checks drawn in U.S. Dollars.  However, order will be shipped only when funds is received.  For personal and company checks, please allow up to 10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed.  There will be a $25 charge per returned check.
Government, educational, and company purchase orders are also accepted through a verification process.
C.O.D. (Collect On Delivery) orders are payable by a Cashier's check or money order, provided they are drawn in US dollars.  The customer must cover the C.O.D service charges by the freight company.
                                                        

SHIPPING                                    Total shipping charges are calculated based on the total weight of all items and the destination zip code for your shipment.  On orders with multiple shipments, the shipping charges are calculated separately.   

Same Day Shipping is available on orders placed by 2:00 p.m. CST, Monday through Friday, pending stock availability at the time the order is received.  Southwest Network Solutions does not ship on Saturday, Sunday or on any holidays.  Orders placed from Friday 3:00 p.m. CST to Sunday will be shipped on the following business day.  All Shipments are subject to stock availability.  Due to shipper restrictions we cannot deliver to APO/FPO addresses and P.O. Boxes.

Shipping charges are non-refundable on all shipments.     

SHIPPING  ADDRESS                 Please be sure to provide the exact billing address recorded with your credit card issuing bank.  We will ship to an alternate address only if the address is on file with your credit card issuing bank.  Incorrect information may cause a delay in the processing of your order.   

In some instances, Southwest Network Solutions will ship to alternative addresses when it is believed that it has passed our verification process.   

INCORRECT ADDRESS            Buyer is responsible for providing complete address.  If the freight carrier is required to do a correction in order to deliver the packed because of the buyer’s negligence and charges Southwest Network Solutions for such correction, Southwest Network Solutions reserves the right to pass on such charges incurred onto the buyer even after the goods is delivered.

TAXES                                          Under state law, Southwest Network Solutions will apply a 8.25% sales tax to all order shipped to and billed to in Texas.  Customers are responsible for such sales tax. 

CANCELLATION                       Order cannot be cancelled after it was shipped.  Southwest Network Solutions reserve the right to cancel any order.   

Southwest Network Solutions reserves the right, at any time after receipt of your order and without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. 

WARRANTY                                The warranty of any item (if any) begins from the date on the corresponding invoice.  The warranty comes from Southwest Network Solutions unless specify otherwise.  After Southwest Network Solutions’ warranty is expired, it is the customer responsibility to take it up with the manufacturer (i.e. to see if the item still carries the manufacturer’s warranty.)  Southwest Network Solutions will not guarantee the manufacturer’s warranty but only Southwest Network Solutions’ warranty.   

In case of exchange or replacement, the original warranty transfer to the exchanged item.

The warranty will be voided for any returned items if the customer removed serial number or warranty sticker.  The same applies for those products that are found to be physically damaged, burned, abused, misused, neglected, repaired or modified by third party.   

RETURNS                                    Customer cannot return any item without a return authorization number (RMA).  In order to obtain a RMA number, please contact accounting@swnetworksolutions.com.  The returnee must cover the shipping expenses of a returned item. 

RMA number is valid for 14 days from the date of issued.  All items in the original order must be returned for inspection before exchange, replacement or refund is issued.  In the event of your RMA being denied, those reasons will forwarded to you.  Advanced replacement will be sent at the discretion of SW Network Solutions. 

SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.  A 10-30% restocking fee will be charged for shipments that are refused or returned non-defective. 

                                                      Software and Toner cartridges are not refundable and no RMA will be issued.

BACKORDERS                           Due to the popularity of some products, Southwest Networks Solutions may not always have all advertised items in stock.  Southwest Networks Solutions will accept orders for out of stock items to ensure that you will be the first to receive the item once it becomes available.   Backorders or orders that was not shipped will be cancelled after 30 days if it has not being fulfilled from the date of order.  However, you have the option of doing that sooner by contacting customer service at services@swnetworksolutions.com.  If your backorder is available within the 30 days you will be contact to OK it’s shipment.   

LIMITED LIABILITIES                    Seller (Southwest Network Solutions or its parent company) here expressly disclaims liability and shall not be responsible in relation to our products or services for incidental, consequential, and contingent damages of any kind or nature, including without limitation: damages to persons or property, whether a claim for such damages is based upon warranty, contract, tort or otherwise; damages due to or arising out of the loss of data; or lost profits.

Southwest Network Solutions’ maximum liability allowed is limited to the purchase price of the products sold. Southwest Network Solutions shall not, under any circumstances, be liable upon a claim relating to the products it sells which exceeds this liability limit.

GOVERNING LAWS AND JURISDICTION             Any dispute arising out of, or related to the sales transaction between Southwest Network Solutions and the Customer shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflicts of law rules. Southwest Network Solutions and Customer consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and the venue of the State Courts of the State of Texas, Harris County, to resolve any dispute between them, and the parities waive all rights to contest this exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such Courts. The Customer also agrees not to bring any legal action, based upon any legal theory including contract, tort, equity or otherwise, against Southwest Network Solutions that is more than one year after the date of the applicable invoice.

TYPOGRAPHICAL  ERROR     We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of a typographical error.  All funds will be refunded to the customer, if the customer credit card has being charged. 

TRADEMARKS                           All trademarks and service marks are property of their respective owners.
